Hattat Holding

Hattat Holding was founded in 1996 and incorporates 17 companies.

The leading company of the holding, Hema Endustry A.Ş, was founded in 1973 and in 1982 Mr. Mehmet Hattat bought all the shares and became the only shareholder thus the owner of the company. The holding has investments in the energy, automotive, tourism and construction sectors.

The automotive department consists of 11 factories and is based in Çerkezköy.

Under the name of ‘West Black sea Energy Project’ the Energy department has activities in the production of energy from power plants, coal mining, coal gas, petrol and natural gas in Zonguldak, Amasra and Kandilli.
Within the tourism and construction investments; the highest steel building in Istanbul, the ‘Diamond of Istanbul’, is being constructed and will consist of a Deluxe Hotel, ‘A’ class office flats, Deluxe Residences, a shopping center with first class local & foreign brands and an auditorium for 1400 people. The ‘Pearl of Istanbul’ investment, in Güzelce, will boast a marina with a capacity for 500 yachts, a Deluxe Hotel, an Apart Hotel and a Shopping Center.
