He was born in Adapazarı on 1942 and finished the high school in the same city. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University faculty of Architecture and started his career. Since 1966; he participated in:

• - Dörtler Construction Company (Istanbul and Seydişehir)
• - Orhan Çarmıklı Construction Company (Seydişehir)
• - Hattat Kardeşler Construction Company (Istanbul – Çerkezköy)

After 1974; Halil Beyenal implemented various projects within Hattat Group and after 1980 he was in charge of Vice General Directorship and General Manager at Hema Endustry A.Ş (known as Hema Hydraulic before). Since 1990 he was assigned as Vice President of all companies’ Managements. At the same time; between 1997 and 2001, he was in charge of the General Manager of Hattat Group Flagship Hema Endustry again. Since then, he has been participating in various projects within all companies of our Holding as Executive Director. As a leader; he has been pursuing new projects, investments and markets a great example for our young colleagues, and has been working to bring in the new directors.

He was born in Istanbul on 1942. He graduated from USA -NPGS Monterey California Operations Research / System Analysis department with a master’s degree. He worked as lecturer at the Naval Academy and War academies on the subject of Analytical Techniques of Management. Working as chief engineer at Taşkızak Dockyard Factory and Workshops, he participated in Pankurt Dişli Industry as a General Manager. Working at Hema Endustry as a General Manager between 1990 and1993; he has been keeping on working as the Member of the Board. He has significant knowledge and experience about management and system analysis.
