STATISTIC PROCESS CONTROL (SPC)
Statistic process control is the whole system includes machines, equipments, fixtures, tools, materials, methods, environmental and man power used in order to reach the quality targeted for product. The aim is to control all processes and providing accurate operations of production and service.

MEASURING SYSTEMS ANALYSIS (MSA)
It is the process of affirmation of measuring right variable and confirming the convenience of measuring systems statistical features for the aims. This analysis is used for admittance of a new measurement tool, comparison of two measurement tools, concluding about a measurement tool which is thought to be inaccurate, choosing the proper measurement tool for process, and comparing the situation of a measurement tool before and after repairing.

CONTROL PLANS
The aim is to help the production of quality products in order to meet consumer expectations precisely.
Control plan is the document that includes controls of access quality, production, final control and periodic controls. Also it includes all operations to certificate that process outputs are under control – involving test processes too, if available.

FMEA
It is the method of taking precautions for mistakes that may occur during design and production process. They are the documents that assure that the additional precautions are taken for crucial points determined by group work after the preparation of operational pages and forms as reference to control plans that will be prepared.

ADVANCED PRODUCT QUALITY PLANNING (APQP)
Targets of product quality planning are:
• Reducing mess of product quality planning for consumers and suppliers
• Understanding the importance of product quality planning
• Standardization of product quality planning requirements between consumer and supplier
• Providing a more effective communication between consumer and supplier during product quality planning process
It contains the period starting from identifying process, product identification and affirmation, process design and process improvement, recognition of product and process, and mass production stage.
